"Helping You Communicate With Direct Mail"
Qualifications as an Expert
Any legitimate "expert" has devoted a considerable amount his/her time to a specific craft.  It doesn't matter if that craft is ditch digging or open surgery.  My roots are in the midwest and I like to believe that I carry those heartland values with me whenever I meet someone new.

I got his start as a job cost analyst for A & M Label in Michigan, finding inefficiencies in print production times and finding the hidden profits that were not being realized.  Then it was on to Los Angeles.  A position as a marketing research analyst gave me exposure to the client side of direct marketing.  Measuring testing costs, profitability, and percent response became second nature.  My team determined the success or failure of each of the company's mailing programs (and there were hundreds)!

Before too long I found myself returning to the midwest and setting up shop in Chicago (where I can still be found).  Searching for a bit more excitement and a desire to help people, I migrated to print sales.  For six years I found, cultivated and grew the customer base of Patton Envelope and Pal Graphics.  My customers were varied and they all had unique needs.  Some wanted custom converted envelopes, some needed four-color printing, while others needed  self mailers.  Either way, it was almost always direct mail.

That experience brought me to KD Mailing where I currently (and finally) get to help my customers at all levels of the production process.  Design, printing and mailing, list selection, letter shop, postal discounting, not to mention a huge range of web enabled fulfillment services - At long last,I am in a position to view my clients programs from an elevated perspective!  It is this perspective that I bring to the table.
